A new restaurant on the ground floor of Fowler Lake Village in Oconomowoc will open soon.
Coco's Seafood and Steakhouse will be at 151 St. Paul St. and is owned by Todd Whittaker. Whittaker also owns the View at Pine Ridge in Oconomowoc.
On Dec. 17, the Oconomowoc Common Council approved a reserve Class B liquor license for Coco's. According to City Clerk Diane Coenen, the restaurant is expected to open in January.
City documents noted there will be seating for 96 people and a full service bar.
Fowler Lake Village features one- and two-bedroom condominiums on the second, third and fourth floors that range from 1,023 square feet to 1,370 square feet and start in the $300,000 range. The customized condos, which are two to three bedrooms, begin in the $600,000 range and are 1,568 square feet to 2,176 square feet.
Two-bedroom condos on the fifth floor start in the $600,000s and range from 1,275 square feet to 1,685 square feet. Two- to three-bedroom condos on the fifth floor start in the $800,000s and are 1,553 square feet to 2,603 square feet.
Rounded corner suites in Fowler Lake Village are 2,698 square feet on floors two, three and four and start at $1,299,900.
